PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Hair Purchasing Requirements This service requires YLE Raw Indian Bundles ONLY. No outside hair is permitted. All required hair must be purchased in full through our website BEFORE scheduling an appointment. Once your hair order has been processed and its availability for your desired appointment date has been confirmed, you may proceed with booking. Hair purchases do not guarantee appointment availability. Please do not schedule an appointment before purchasing your required hair. Service Requirements Hair must be at least middle-finger length. Additional bundles are $15 each. ● If arriving with freshly shampooed hair, please ensure it is clean, dry, and free of oils and heavy conditioners. ● All previous hairstyles, extensions, glue, and knots must be completely removed before your appointment. ● Additional hair preparation or removal may result in extra charges. ● Opting out of the shampoo does not change the service price. Appointments & Deposits All appointments are subject to approval. Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee confirmation. A $50 deposit is required when booking and will be applied toward your service total. Deposits for approved appointments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If an appointment request is declined before confirmation, the deposit will be refunded. Appointment requests that do not meet the hair purchasing or service requirements may be declined. By submitting an appointment request, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to all service requirements and booking policies.
